First Dr Lucena great Dr. Front desk sucks. Unfortunately i went on medicaid and in half an hour got new code to see him But lady at front desk says its to late to see him and would have to reschedule. Did that. Then i go for my appointment and front desk refused cause medicaid and did i have the confirmation #. Of course not.Why would she reschedule if i didt have #. He good but front desk sucks.
He has a nice personality & good people skills but he isn't the best doctor in the world.
Dr. Lucena was my doctor from 1998 to 2003. I was misdiagnosed on many occasions, and the treatment for those misdiagnosis have left me disabled. In 2000, he claimed I had a stroke, put me on unbearable amounts of medication, then said no stroke. I was diagnosed with Leiden V, (a blood disorder that makes you clot too much), put on blood thinners, then didn't meet the criteria.
