I had been going there for a few years. They kept telling me I needed crown after crown. I got a crown and it must not have fit correctly because I came back a few times because it hurt. A few months go by and I need an emergency root canal. Then when I go back to finish, they tell me that the crown must not have been aligned and I need two crowns on the bottom. Excellent service today. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Everything was done that I was expecting. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant.
Dr Sandhya Ramanujam left a needle in my root canal. She claimed that she told me. But I never heard it. I only realize that when I had a gum infection. And requested a X-ray and letter she wrote to the referral specialist. The tooth she set up for me is esthetically wrong! It is a wrong color and wrong size! I went to a specialist and took the needle out of my gum. Not the specialist she referred! Within years, I suffered from the crown she made for me. That crow just had a wrong cut along the gun. This place is a sham. They performed an unnecessary procedure on my husband which caused an infection m we then had to go to an oral surgeon to have the procedure and infection removed. He then had to have a bone graft and will need an implant. In my many attempts to call them for records of the procedure they continued to deny access and hung up on me.
