Dan and the team are exceptional! They take care of every detail and treated me like a VIP.
Everything was great until I got in my car to leave. The back seat was down my jacket, sweater and blanket were underneath it. Unsure as to why my back seat was down but whoever did it could have put it back when the service was done. Those clothing articles are kept in the way back. I don’t know why they were disrupted.
Bernardi is a professional and well managed service center. I waited for my car's service and it was finished within the time frame they told me it would take. The tech even sent me a video to show what he saw while the car was lifted. Very cool.
