I used to come here for basic maintenance like oil changes, coolant replacements. This time however I decided to replace brake pads in my daughter's Mazda due to significant milage and some error messages on display in hope to be serviced by professionals. Dropping off my car at 9 am I received it only at noon of the next day! Moreover, in 3 days my daughter hardly avoided collision after brake pedal vent down to the floor without resistance and she was forced to park car at the closest area to stay off road. Penn Toyota replaced the screen in my 2024 rav4 prime but didnt update firmware. To fix this warranty issue they require the car for the whole day but havent been able to provide a loaner vehicle for 4 weeks. Always sound annoyed when i call weekly.
Early one morning, before the dealership was open a week ago I had a problem with my new car. The car was working, but when I exited the car and hit the lock button on the remote I could hear the lock engage but the lights did not go off and I didn't hear the normal beep telling me the care was locked.
