Trustworthy repairs I haven't purchased a car at Bernardi Toyota, but I have taken my Toyota there for repairs. Going for any car repairs can be stressful but it is so much easier when you know that you can trust someone. My brakes were squeaking and I made an appointment for my car. A few hours later, I got a phone call from them telling me that my brakes were fine, just a little rusty but still completely effective. They only charged me $20 to evaluate, and they washed my car. Bernardi Toyota Just found it odd that they do not have any one answering the phone in the AM. Just wanted to schedule a service and get it over with and there is no answer at 9:50AM. I would think a service department would be open earlier. Westboro Toyota was and they got my business. Could not have been happier.
Good Service and Good Car Selection We received nice service and were offered good price. However, the car seems to be a bit old and unclean. Maybe it's a first time experience. Will give them another chance. There are not a lot of selections for used cars. We looked through the lot and did not find our preferred car. The staff is supportive. The location is not bad. It is just that there are better places for used car shopping and car rental.
