Very unhappy both w/cost and honesty. I brought in a 2019 Toyota RAV4, 113.5K, w/two issues, a communication module failed message, which has been on for a while. Disappointed that 1) you have to pay $175 to have it diagnosed and 2)>$1,000 to have it replaced. Meanwhile this message plays every time the car starts (12 seconds), they cannot shut it off w/out replacing it for the amount. I do not believe that but I am not a Tech.
