This dealership is misleading people. There is no such additional MOR EV rebate of $1500 on select ARiya models! That’s a lie. I know the rebate program very well and I will be contacting the AG office about this dealership. The rebate is $3500 and then an additional $1500 for INCOME qualifying individuals, NOT the vehicle. Anyone who would purchase from this dealership when they intentionally deceive you on their website is overpaying. As an owner of two EVs they literally are worth 50% less after one year. UPDATE: Joyal has moved on, and my most recent experience was not positive. :( I was fed a line for bunch of unnecessary work - on second opinion by another dealership, almost $2k in unneeded stuff. I wont be back. Joyal is wonderful, always helpful and upbeat. Had my car detailed there today. Gorgeous results and very fair price - $200 for full interior/exterior!
Went into this dealership for a possible buy. During the transaction one of the employees intentionally touched me without necessity. Then another employee minutes later after confronting the unnecessary physical contact yelled out "gay" loud enough to be heard across the dealership. Another employee was gaslighting me for my negotiating skills. Then the transaction officer that processes the deals said he was required by law to audio record the paperwork signing of transaction which lead to me canceling the deal.
