Very nice dealer, took me right away for emergency service while I was visiting in the area. They were actually so nice I will likely have them perform preventative maintenance work when I'm visiting my family here again. I had a terrible experience at Nissan Wellesley. In addition to the regular maintenance and inspection, I needed just ONE bolt removed from my rear license plate, and they charged me extra $180, claiming it took one hour of labor. The most frustrating part? They never told me beforehand that this would take an hour and cost $180. Not once did they mention the price or the time it would take before doing the work.
