Dr. Chang, his staff and Mercy Hospital are simply amazing. They truly care. Dr. Chang takes his time, while he thoroughly explains (with great bedside manner) every detail. The added bonus…he was blessed with gifted hands. My DIEP breast reconstruction looks amazing, even other doctors inquire about “who did your DIEP reconstruction”?
