When I moved back to Chattanooga, I had no PCP. I went to this "Doc in the Box" facility for a basic physical... Dr. Ballard was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, and didn't rush her visit even though this is a walk-in place. The place is clean and the nurses and staff are nice as well. You may have to wait a while as this is an urgent care "Doc in the Box" - but it's no fault of hers. I saw her a couple more times within the next two years and was equally impressed.
