NEVER. If you have a heart condition or any condition that stress should be avoided this is not a doctor to see, his bedside manner is mediocre, uncaring and cold. If you would like an explanation; good luck and don’t be surprised if he raises his voice and ultimately screams at you. Truly arrogant, don’t see him, I got out of there in tears and people heard him and apologized. I am going to AMA, I got my records from visit.

He is very good, he listen about your concerns, he doesnt rush...most doctors dont listen and worry about the time, he is different...very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him..
Dr. Shair is arrogant and inconsiderate. I had an appointment and due to the heavy traffic getting into the parking garage at Memorial I ended up being 30 minutes late instead of 5. After signing in I was called to the desk and informed that I would be forced to reschedule because of my being late. I asked the staff member that if the roles were reversed what would be my recourse. This doctor feels that my time isn't as worthy as his and doesn't feel patients deserve the same courtesy as he gets
