My issue wasn’t taken seriously. I was extremely uncomfortable and can tell he wanted me out of his office. Exam was less than 2 minutes. Waste of co pay.
The best dermatologist I have visited. Went to him after 3 other dermatologists didn’t help/misdiagnosed me. What a difference! Dr Potter is a breath of fresh air. Took his time while the office filled up with other patients to answer all my questions, take detailed notes and check every part of my skin. HIGHLY recommend. No clue what the other reviewers are talking about. He was friendly and courteous.. his questions were to understand my condition!
My one and only visit was unprofessional from the start. Do yourself a favor and don’t dark and his doorstep. Asked personal probing questions during an exam. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Unprofessional, very rude and inconsiderate. Only choose "Dr." Potter if you are looking for a terrible experience. If there could be negative stars for "providers listening and understanding" I would put -5 stars, but that is not possible. Zero stars.
I went to see Dr. Potter a few months ago. I was suffering with a terrible case of rosacea and nothing was working. At my first visit he prescribed me a lotion that had two products in it and NO oral antibiotics which for me was always just a quick fix and when I was done eventually it always came back! Well in 1 week I saw a difference and now it is gone! I am so happy again and no longer embarrassed of my appearance. Go see Dr. Potter he really cares and takes his time to listen.
