Great health facility with amazing staff that's helpful and understanding
Staff is always nice and helpful
Doctor herself is amazing but the administration stuff doesn’t know what they are doing. They forget the referral twice and it cost me 2 days of work. They didn’t authorize my referral to another doctor I wanted for 2 months. They wasted 3 days of my work and countless hours of frustration just because of their incompetence. When they screw up and you try to call them to fix it so you don’t lose your appointment they won’t pick up on any of the 9 phone numbers. They cause me a more trouble then they solved.
