Doctor herself is amazing but the administration stuff doesn’t know what they are doing. They forget the referral twice and it cost me 2 days of work. They didn’t authorize my referral to another doctor I wanted for 2 months. They wasted 3 days of my work and countless hours of frustration just because of their incompetence. When they screw up and you try to call them to fix it so you don’t lose your appointment they won’t pick up on any of the 9 phone numbers. They cause me a more trouble then they solved. I have no choice at the moment to get medical care here. No matter what branch of services you use they do the absolute worst job they can. Why I ended up writing this, is because I am looking for someone to help and slowly moving up the chains of command. I called my blood pressure meds as well as other in Friday, and because now the last Friday of any month is a half day, I couldn't speak to anyone. I called their pharmacy 15 minutes after they opened, with no one answering. I've spaced out 3 calls between 940am and now 12... read more
