Awhile back I was involved in a collision I tried following for a claim although I didn't qualify the level of compassion and care I received from Beatriz was above and beyond. Very attentive non judgemental didn't feel pressured felt right at home truly shared and showed what customer service should look like almost like back home in Texas he gave me that southern hospitality vibe.
