Awhile back I was involved in a collision I tried following for a claim although I didn't qualify the level of compassion and care I received from Beatriz was above and beyond. Very attentive non judgemental didn't feel pressured felt right at home truly shared and showed what customer service should look like almost like back home in Texas he gave me that southern hospitality vibe. Very grateful for the whole team.

Did they get me the most money I could've possibly gotten without going to court? Yes. Do I feel like they managed my expectations well? No. It was mainly the Assistant who communicated with me, and even that communication was rare. I routinely had to reach out to them for updates on what's happening with the claim and what the next steps were.
