I would not recommend Bernard Jewelers. My parents purchased a medallion that was represented and priced as 14-karat gold, only to later discover it was actually 10-karat gold. To make matters worse, the medallion broke due to what appeared to be a manufacturing defect shortly after purchase. Instead of standing behind the product and helping resolve the issue, the store charged my parents an additional $35 repair fee for something that should have been addressed as a quality or manufacturer issue. I live nearby and have gone in a couple times, for jewelry repair and jewelry shopping, and have had the absolute best experiences. Fair prices, fast turnaround, family run place with a sense of local community. Everyone I've interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. Excited to go back when I need something in the future!
