I've known Bernie for several years now and when I went to list my property he was one of two calls I made. He saw me to close and truly went 'above and beyond' a few different times. He rolled up his sleeves and helped me with things I believe a lot of realtors would not have and it made a large difference in our relationship throughout the listing and for our relationship afterwards. I would use him again and appreciate his work ethic and knowledge.
Bernie was recommended by a friend that relied on Bernie when buying a house site unseen. My wife and I had bought and sold 9 houses over the last 15 years while being relocated for work.
