I was a client of this management company for over 5 years, and I’m very disappointed with their service. Please do not use this company to manage your properties — you will be disappointed.
They pick and choose who they rent to. I was told they couldn't take my income because I'm self employed. I even gave them my tax return. The houses are over priced and in the ghetto. Crackheads gather outside of the homes. Who are you catering to? The ones who can afford the prices aren't going to be interested in the areas. They been finding reasons to turn me down over 3 years.
