My first and only visit included seeing a hygenist whom I couldn't understand because she always mumbled. The doc came in at the end of the visit, didn't introduce himself and didn't take down his mask so I could see his face. The hygenist never showed her face either. It was very rude and creepy. My husband had a visit then went back to have some work done and was told after the visit that they had withdrawn from our insurance plan (as a lot of dentists are doing these days) and that we needed to pay the difference. The doctor is very good. I have no pain during any time he is working on my teeth. He does great work fixing broken teeth and removing cavities. The staff is also all great to speak to and they are always helpful with figuring out payment and insurance. I would rate this office a 5 out of 5 for there great work on me. I do wish they offered anti anxiety nitrous during procedures because my insurance covers it and I don't like the panic I get from anxiety from the sound of drills and such. Excellent care quick appointments,clean and friendly staff would highly recommend
I was a patient of Dr. Bernals for about a year and in that time I had 2 fillings fall out within a few months of being placed, 2 fillings left with "catches" that I couldn't floss properly, 1 tooth that is now very sensitive, and one tooth that it feels like he forgot to fill all together. He is a pleasant person and his office staff is friendly but his quality is lacking. I should have switched dentists sooner but the next closest provider on my insurance is 30 minutes further away.
Takes about a month appt wait time even for near emergency appts.
