Went to the chagrin location. Went several times and couldnt get rid of the nits. Horrible experience. Staff was not professional. Had to finally switch to picky pams after this experience.
Super friendly and helpful, when found lice or eggs showed what they have found. Instructions are super clear and easily followed, pricing is reasonable Definitely recommend this place!!
