Horrible! I wish I had known. I needed a test done and the secretary told me I was in-network at The Villages office. The insurance company affirmed I was in network as well. I later received an out of network bill for $435 more than what I was supposed to pay. Their billing manager told me the doctor is in- network but her billing company is not.
