Having worked in the medical field for over 30 years, I find this practice to be a very professional. Front office staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Santos was very professional, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. After reading some of the other reviews, I had my doubts going into my appointments that the service would be bad and the staff would have an attitude. But that was not the case at all, and I would recommend Dr. Santos.

I can’t recommend Dr. Santos and her team enough. I went in for a hand issue and was blown away by how smoothly everything went. The intake process was fast, and the staff was so friendly. Dr. Santos took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I left feeling confident in my treatment and equipped with exercises to keep the issue from coming back. A truly professional and stress-free visit!

Horrible! I wish I had known. I needed a test done and the secretary told me I was in-network at The Villages office. The insurance company affirmed I was in network as well. I later received an out of network bill for $435 more than what I was supposed to pay. Their billing manager told me the doctor is in- network but her billing company is not. I had never heard of such a thing. We went to the office to dispute the bill and another patient was there upset about their bill as well. The office staff said "the doctor has to ... read more
