Wet well informed and professional
Came to this office issues with two "new" issues, both of which had me concerned. Dr. DeGuzman was prepared with an anatomy book with the illustration bookmarked to show me where my issue was. We discussed medicine options and she listened carefully to my concerns.

She used to be my doctor for almost 10 yrs. I miss my appointment and complain about one of her MA’s attitude . She dismissed me because she said that she only works one day a week and she can’t see me because she doesn’t have early appointments for me, which is funny because on her website she said that she taking new patients. Instead of trying to fix the problem she just dismiss me from be my doctor but not only that she also from her office, which means I can’t see the other doctors from her office as well. Very friendly! She always asks about what is going in my life (non-medically) and makes sure everything is going well (medically). She takes the time to answer questions and explains everything. Plus, she makes me feel comfortable asking those embarrassing questions.
