Dr. Bernardo is always very pleasant and attentive.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Bernardo because my usual gynecologist within Duly was unavailable. I needed an annual appointment before moving so I could refill my birth control prescription. I explained multiple times that I use the generic version filled through CVS because I had a reaction to the generic version from Walgreens. Went to her for a prenatal appointment. She is very very rude. Never met a doctor like this. She does not know how to talk to a patient. Bad experience.
