As a new parent giving birth, my experience with this doctor was horrible. Not only I only saw her for second the two times she check on my at the hospital. She directed the nurse not to give me any water during labor. My labor was over 24 hours and I end it up with high fever giving my newborn fever as well. Thankfully by the time I was going to delivery she was done with her shift and my actual doctor was the one delivering. She is a Very cold and irresponsible doctor.
I've had great care visiting Bernardo for all my baby appts hoping I get her for delivery!
My had a baby with her in 2021 and it was a horrible experience. She was rude the entire time my wife was in labor. She had to be paged 5times and acted bothered when she did finally show up sitting there with her hands crossed. She kept saying it was too early but sure enough when she left again the me and the nurse helped push the baby out. We also requested for the umbilical not to be clamped right away and sure enough it was. It was enough written on the board. Definitely was upset thru the entire 28 hour ordeal
