I would like to comment on reviews made by patients like me towards Dr Bernadeth T. Gonzales. I read a few reviews and most were from patients frustration toward Billing Department at Pacmed but resulted in Dr Gonzales low professional rating in Google. I was billed $609 for a 20-minute consult. I came in for a well visit, basically to establish with a PCP here in WA since I just moved here from out of state!
Billing practices at this healthcare facility are problematic and unacceptable. I received an unexpected charge for basic office visit, which is 1/5th and free with insurance in other facilities. No prior notice was given about these fees. The practice lacks billing transparency and fails to clearly communicate costs upfront. Potential patients should thoroughly verify all billing policies before engaging their services.
