I changed my rating based on my experience with this shop within the 5 year I’ve went to them. First time & third time was okay but it’s seem that the experience has gotten worse. My braids were not done professionally & I’ve gotten attitude from the braiders when I point something out or ask it to be done over. Slaaaaayed me on thanksgiving day!!! She was fast band near! Def going back!
I wish i could give this 0 or negative stars. The lady who did my hair was rude, didn’t do the style I wanted at all. It was super short and the ends looked terrible. And then charged me $160 for this? Just terrible. Highly disappointed, I had to do my ends all over again (i put a pic of what I got vs. what I wanted)
