Dr. Bermudez should be embarrassed to have hired the front desk staff they did. I’m sure they would’ve been a great PCP if their front desk wasn’t so disrespectful they made us leave. We were left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour with no updates or explanation from the front desk. No one checked on us or told us what was going on, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. Waited 2 hours to be seen, called for a follow up and never heard back. Stopping by doesn’t work so I found a new PCP.
Me cambie de doctora porque esta doctora nunca esta disponible y solo medica sin correjir el problema de causa, siempre Que uno llama lo ponen en espera hasta Que cuelgas, en citas hay Que esperar minimo 2 horas, muy mala atencion y mucho peor las asistentes. Ah, y nunca te vas a hacer ver por la doctora lidia sino una de sus colegas.
