Best selection of fish in the area. Knowledgeable staff. They take the time to answer all of your questions and help you with all of your aquarium needs.
BUYER BEWARE! UNHAPPY former customer They have overpriced inventory!!! We purchased a $375.00 Coralife Skimmer that retails for $130.00 less. We believed the "con" of a salesman and made the purchase based on his reviews, even though we were interested in a different product. The "professional lies" resulted in us buying a marked-up lesser product, and they won't take it back!!! If they don't stand behind the merchandise they sell, then why do they stock the product? Crappy polices=crappy business practices. Buyer BEWARE!!!
Great local fish store I have been to all of the local fish stores in the Chattanooga area. Bermuda triangle is my favorite by a long shot. They have the cleanest tanks, best selection and most knowledgeable staff by far. As to the review concerning the pricing of a protein skimmer. They should not be comparing wholesale internet pricing verses retail. If a a small business returned a non defective product because they found it cheaper somewhere else. Nice selection of fish Not your chain pet store. Not a huge selection but what they did have looked healthy and the tanks were clean. They seemed to know what they were talking about when asked questions.
5/1 UPDATE. They are now telling us they do not sell filters at all with the all-in-one tank. Yelled at me and my husband and basically told us too #%×$ off they are done with us. Escalating with BBB. Prices are higher than the 3 fish/reef stores around them. They are more "salesmen" then truly caring about the health of your tank creatures. I would highly recommend this store it’s the closest one to me still an hour away but the staff is friendly and helpful I got an ultra rose bubble tip anemone today and it’s gorgeous and I believe they said his name was John he was very informative and helpful!
🤤Loose yourself at the Bermuda Triangle🤤LOL HAD TO ADD THAT Me and my wife drove from Manchester to Chattanooga and went to several fish stores until we came to the Bermuda Triangle and that is we’re we purchased all of our salt water fish. I was really happy to see that every tank is isolated from each other so that if there happens to be any funk come in they can isolate it.
