Just moved recently to this place. The thing i would like to WARN the future residents moving to this property is please make sure to check the refrigerator in the unit. They do not make ice. The kitchen is already too small to buy another fridge and install a ice maker is impossible. And the fact the Agent in leasing office were laughing like you got in the trap when asking to Replace a fridge was not professional at all. Just be Aware future Residents.......Ice is very necessary in daily household life.
Been here since October of 2024 and I love it! I’ve only had to call maintenance one time and they came the same day and fixed my issue, even gave me tips to avoid it happening again. The front staff are always so pleasant. Brenda is very sweet. They host events up at the front that are family friendly!
I enjoy living here, the ladies in the front office are so helpful. They keep the property maintained. And I enjoy the amenities
Office Manager Brenda is the best person we’ve had in charge since I’ve arrived 11 years ago. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable.
