If you have guests, be prepared to have them pay for parking or be towed. And once they hit a ridiculously low amount of cumulative hours in a year, they aren't allowed to even visit. Oh, and be prepared for random pipes breaking in your apartment, and while the company will repair damages, they don't reimburse you for loss or relocation.
