Heather and Steve are always providing above and beyond services. The whole team at Bermont provides service with a smile. Being able to utilize Tricountys' local location is an added bonus. Thank you for a pleasant experience once again.
I bought a beautiful 21 Durango SRT from them. Andy Prokurat was my sales rep and made the process as smooth as possible. After owning the vehicle for 2 day, the brake started to make some noise. I called up John Miksits the manager there, and worked with me the get new brake and rotors the my vehicle. I appreciate all the help and the experience I had here. 10/10 will be buying again from them in the future.
I've had service completed here and i even had my partner purchase a vehicle from here. Last service completed was a 2k repair which 2 months later I had to spend another 3k to fix the job that I had paid Bermont to do correct the first time. Management gave me the run around for a month and still to this day didn't have the respect to tell me that they wasn't going to attempt to resolve this. 5k in the hole.
