Susan delivered my son by c-section in November 2014 at Hutzel Hospital. I will first say that the surgery was successful and I had no complications. That said, she could use serious improvement in her bedside manner and tact. I was delivering with a midwife when Susan walked into the room, did not introduce herself, and only said to me, "You have 4 pushes or you have to have a c-section."
