All the staff I dealt with at Berlin City treated me very fairly and went above and beyond what they had to to make a potentially bad situation go smoothly, even though the problem was not anything they caused or could have forseen. They took the time and efforts to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs needed. They picked the vehicle up and gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime and made sure that the fuel tank was full, both times.
