I got a quote for an oil change which I do every 5000 miles on my 2020 highlander. 90 dollars for the quote but end up costing me 140. Last time I had tire rotation done which they only did 1 side. (Marked the tires ). I called and they said the camera was out of range for that side of the vehicle. All done getting screwed.
I wish I could give zero stars. Sold me a car last summer with a hole in the exhaust. Not covered under warranty because it's from "road salt and Maine winters". Except it's been in florida since we bought in in July. Because we didn't purchase the extended warranty they said there's nothing they can do. Scum.
