Heads up on scheduling service online!! I used the online scheduling service offered by Berlin City Auto Group and received a text message confirming date and time of my service appointment. I had to make a change to the service request and so I called Berlin Auto Group in Gorham directly, to insure that the appointment indeed was on their books and there WAS NO RECORD OF IT ON THEIR END! I was lied to by the salesman, the service department and the parts department. Never again!!!!
These dealers have two supposed high speed EV chargers that apparently haven't worked for months. End of story.
After a long and frustrating process I was able to get the car I wanted! Mark and drew were extremely patient even though I was difficult at times, they went above and beyond to help me. If you are looking for very good used vehicles this is the place to look.
