I am from Maine, but was connected with Tom Gallant after inquiring about the vehicle through their website where you give generic contact information and they tell you they’ll connect you with a sales guy. Heads up on scheduling service online!! I used the online scheduling service offered by Berlin City Auto Group and received a text message confirming date and time of my service appointment. I had to make a change to the service request and so I called Berlin Auto Group in Gorham directly, to insure that the appointment indeed was on their books and there WAS NO RECORD OF IT ON THEIR END!
