This dealership has really changed, it's like night and day. I was informed there are new owners. the sale process has gone way downhill. Contacting them, professionalism, and especially deals are no longer there. If you are looking to save money you're wasting time. Next best choice is Nucar dealerships. I only gave them 2 stars because they are still open and have a large stock of vehicles.
Our salesman Paul was great, let us try out a couple different rides till we found the one for us, everyone was awesome and easy to work with, I’ll definitely be coming back for our next purchase.

I was looking at a HRV through Berlin City. I am from Maine, but was connected with Tom Gallant after inquiring about the vehicle through their website where you give generic contact information and they tell you they’ll connect you with a sales guy. I also had a trade in. I had planned on doing it all over the phone and having it delivered, in which they would take my trade away upon delivery.
