I've been with this podiatry office for many, many years and I've never been more disappointed than since they got new staff. I called to reschedule an appointment that was the next day and got the machine and left a message. The next morning, same thing. Two days later, same thing. I can't remember the last time I called an actually spoke to a person

I booked Dr. Kilfoil twice for a home visit for my 85 year old mother who is in a wheelchair and can move a little with a walker. The first time I took off from work half a day to make sure it went well I had all her paperwork ( medicare , Aarp ) ready and photo copied for him etc . We waited and hour and a half no show. She was having discomfort because her nails grow inward. When I called and asked what happened they apologized and rebooked for the following Friday . Previously didn't have much of an issue with this office. However, when I arrived today for an appointment I found the door locked. There was mail and a package in front of the door and when I called no answer to the office phone. Someone from the neighboring office told me no one has been there all day and that numerous patients appeared all day only to have to leave without being seen (some with walkers or in wheelchairs). Love this doctor !! Have referred so many people to go here.. talk about someone that loves his job
