Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot say enough great things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. Our furnace failed during one of the coldest stretches of the year, and after hearing they were the best in the area, I gave them a call. They exceeded every expectation. We had a great experience with them. Shawn was gracious and came out to check what needed to be done and gave us a reasonable quote. We had quite a few people our prior with quotes and Berlin heating and cooling seem to be the best quality for the price we needed! I would recommend.
This place is a joke. By far the WORST contractor involved in building our custom home. Some of the workers were not friendly at all (others, thankfully, were nice and respectful). Terrible communication regarding the layout of our HVAC system and how it would affect the framing of our finished basement. In regards to our new HVAC system working properly, it took complaining to the owner when the house was just completed to come out and fix the (very obvious) issues we had… and now, no surprise, our AC units are wired wrong ... read more
Wow, what a great company! recently we had our Geothermal system go down, another company did not know how to fix the problem. We called out Berlin Heating and Cooling and they sent out 2 guys the same day and got us up and running. They will 100% be doing our maintenance from now on. we also referred them to my Family who needed a new System and they installed a new Rheem Furnace and AC.
