The team from Berlin flooring is professional, timely, and friendly. We selected them again in 2020 to refinish and add new wood floors after our great experience with them in 2016. Their team, who have stayed with the company a long time, have a lot of skills and and knowledge. They work to resolve concerns quickly to our satisfaction because of their strong emphasis on customer care.
We made an appt for today, not knowing the weather conditions. I catch the bus to the airport, and was afraid that there would be delays, so we called 1st thing this morning, but the 1st time there was no answer. I called again around 9:30, and left a message asking if we could move it up or I needed to reschedule, but I never heard back. We had Berlin come in for wood floor resanding/refinishing and adding in some wood flooring where some tile had been taken out and they did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Elias(sp?) and Dean were both conscientious workers and were clearly very experienced. We highly recommend them to all.
I absolutely love our new wood floors. Berlin Flooring was an amazing company to work with. I did a lot of research prior to having our project started, and I % made the right decision. They are very professional, do incredible workmanship, and they’re very clean, we had hardly any clean up for such a big job. They did our entire main floor and our basement. Both look spectacular. We were very impressed with the care and attention that Berlin's crew provided--our 70 year old red oak flooring looks like new! Shout out to Manny and the entire crew for excellent work.
