Izzy at Berlin city is the best. I took delivery of my new tundra today. Izzy quickly found exactly what I wanted. Paperwork was a breeze. Please go see Izzy for excellent service. She will hook you up.
Check in was quick and my 25K check up took 30 minutes.
Very disappointing experience. We were not even offered a seat and had to stand the entire time while discussing pricing. The staff seemed impatient and gave us eye rolls when we asked questions. The overall attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As Asian customers, we couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable with how we were treated. Customer service should be respectful and professional for everyone.
