Just purchased a truck from the team at berlin city toyota. I wanted to highlight my salesman, Collin Abbott. His welcoming attitude, the way he answered my questions, how smooth he made the buying process for me was really impressive. Thank you to everyone involved. My dream came true.
We just purchased a Tacoma at Berlin City with the outstanding help of Collin Abbott. He had us test drive several models to be certain that the truck would meet our needs. Aaron Casey was a pleasure to work with, and would definitely work with him again!
Berlin city Toyota just purchased my vehicle outright. Colby Oiler facilitated the entire transaction from start to finish. The terms were agreeable and lightning quick with full payment in less than 24 hours. I would do business with Colby anytime!
Had a fantastic experience with salesperson Melanie who was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, service-oriented but not pushy in any way. After visiting 5 other dealerships with poor service, we were relieved to find her. Highly recommend this pro.
