Am very impressed with Berlin City service advisor Peter F. He explained things well and went the extra mile to get my car over to a body shop to repair antenna my garage door had ripped off. Port City Collision was super too. I felt I was in good hands.
Very impressed with Berlin Toyota Service department. Replaced the severely rusted bumper and tow kit on my 2010 Tacoma with a newly painted and SAFE bumper! Jeff R. kept me notified of everything going on and had a little faux pas repaired as well on another day (stuff happens)!! They took care of my beautiful truck as if it were a newly purchased one off their lot, though she's a California truck that has traveled through Europe as well. Thanks for taking care of "Rosalita!" I hope no one rear ends me!
Just got off the phone with Alex, Technical Support, who stepped me through the procedure to add my new cellphone to both cars. She was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. End result was both my cars added to Android Auto and working perfectly! Thank you, Alex!
I have bought 3 new cars from Berlin City Toyota . The salesmen are very knowledgeable. This time I had Corey . He ordered my car and kept me up to date on its tracking the making of the car . Very friendly people . Kegan used to be my salesman but now he is a sales manager and he worked at me as well on the deal so they both did a wonderful job
