Car was done quickly and they addressed everything. Appreciated the windows getting washed!
What is the point of making an appointment when your car sits here all day only to be looked at after you needed your car back and find out they don’t have the part. This service center is ALWAYS behind. Once my free services are up I can not wait to go somewhere else.
I came at 8 expecting an oil change and the usual exam followed by 4 new tires. He estimated 2 hours, and I waited. The waiting room was freezing cold, so I ended up wandering around the floor quite a bit. At 12, I texted to ask about it, and learned that it would be another hour or so because there had been a recall to attend to. I'm grateful for the work done, I believe it was done well.
