We went in to look at a used truck for my husband after someone hit his and totaled it , we met with Justin and at first it seemed like he was willing to help us find what we needed in our budget , however as soon as we said that we were not necessarily getting the truck that day , his whole attitude changed and became very pushy and downright rude. Also it is very unprofessional to tell a customer that you personally would be losing money on the deal. Not to mention having him disparage other Toyota dealerships in the area ... read more
