I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. If I could rate 1000 stars, I would! I had just paid off my Highlander and took a trip with my husband and 4 year old twins to Acadia for a 2 week trip from Pittsburgh. Working with Berlin City Toyota was pleasant, everyone is polite, friendly, and they know their job well. I worked with Sam Sharif as my Salesman & Sams' Sales Manager "Keagan", and they were both great and knew all the answers and information needed to make my purchase. Would not recommend for service. Got hung up on by Glen in sales after leaving multiple voicemails in service. Needed something looked at finally got through to service and zero help. Would recommend maybe Ira.
Our car purchase experience was excellent. Our sales associate Wenston Dinizio could not have better. Extremely honest, caring and helpful. His followup after delivery was amazing.
