I've had a long history of issues with these guys. Incorrect service given, avoidance on warranty claims, keeping my car much longer than they needed, no effort to make up for their admitted mistakes. Unfortunately, this squashed any interest I have in buying a Kia again. I've been calling financing for weeks to simply figure out if there's any credit left on my extended warranty.
