Salesman tell you wrong information and the managers don’t care. Will never buy from Berlin city again. I know travel 2 hours away to purchase a vehicle.
Just the facts. The 12v battery on my EV died, which sets off an EV system code and makes the vehicle undrivable. I replaced this myself, but needed the dealership to do a reset on the EV system before being able to use again. My vehicle was towed into the shop and sat for three weeks before being diagnosed. That’s fine, they sound busy, but nonetheless is a quick fix and could probably have been done earlier if triaged properly. The shop only did a code reset, maybe a 5 minute job.
