I had to replace my old car about a year ago and get a new one, and I'm really happy I went with Berlin City Honda! They've been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional from the very beginning. Everyone I've met there has been great, and spending time there while you get any car inspection/work done is very comfortable, no problem at all getting some work done while you wait, and staying caffeinated. Brandon Hamilton was excellent!!Not pushy- very personable!Super happy we got the paperwork done before picking up the car! Give that man a raise!! The only suggestion I could ask is for someone to have gone over all the bells and whistles! I had a heck of a time putting on my headlights!And didn't understand the stop/shut off features!!
