The staff was so nice and welcoming. Dana was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions throughly. He helped made my first car shopping experience stress-free
Just purchased a True Used 2020 CRV and the taillight had a crack that was missed during inspection and so I brought it in and my sales rep looked at it and got the sales manager to replace ... no questions or hesitation. Very good customer service and Steve Gendron is a fantastic sales rep.
Tom was so very easy to deal with. We were in and out in under an hour. Picked up my car the next morning. Smooth process. Thank you Berlin.
Made an appointment for just an oil change for my new car. Two hours into the wait with my 13 month old and they haven't even started on my car. What's the point of having an appointment anyway? No sidewalks so you can't safely leave the property, no kids area to entertain so we were stuck with what I brought with me. What a pain. Don't recommend, won't return. I'd rather drive all the way up to Lee in Auburn.
