This use to be good dealership, not anymore. My vehicle had an issue that was under warranty and one that was not. When the parts came in I left the vehicle. The maintenance department said it would take all day. Seven days later they said it was done. I asked about the non-warranty issue and they had forgotten to address it. It took them two days to adjust the parking brake. Meanwhile I had to leave town and Berlin City said we will “deliver your car to your house while you’re gone”. Great! Had a wonderful car shopping experience with Phil. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and gave us the space to consider our options.
Bought a Ridgeline through Berlin City after other dealers couldn't get what I wanted. Started online and ended up finishing the process with Drew McKenna in person in Berlin/Gorham. Drew was very responsive to my questions and the process was incredibly professional and smooth.
I guess by reading all of these reviews I got lucky. I am in the market for a new Pilot and used TrueCar because I have had luck doing it before. These guys contacted me, even though they don't have what I want in stock, I don't live in NH so the sale would be a hike anyways. I made a fair offer for their vehicle ($3,500 off MSRP) according to both TrueCar and Car Edge. I also asked a fair amount for our current vehicle according to Blackbook. Latest review: NO stars. May 2024~~ I was told by the general manager that I'm fired from using their business for complaining... Do not buy a car from this business..... It's no secret why they are not BBB affiliated~~~~ So...... I have another more recent update.
