We are new condo owners. We met the Berkson staff at their offices in Northbrook. Everyone was very helpful. They quickly sorted out some Association issues, set up our direct deposit, took care of our parking passes, activated our account and were very cordial. It was truly a one-stop experience. We want to thank them for helping us go through a process that was totally new to us. A true group of professionals!
I live in an HOA community that consists of more than 50 residences. Our HOA has been managed by Berkson & Sons for 3 years. The Berkson team, notably Peter Moore, Karen Fritts and David Berkson, have been professional and knowledgeable and take the time to understand the needs of the HOA.
