As others, I wish I could rate this community ZERO stars. They did not give me the proper window of opportunity to re-sign my lease (first email asking if I wanted to stay, 2nd email 5 days later saying my lease had expired), they no longer provide a resident portal to check how much rent you owe (water is not included and does not update full total until the 1st, which in their definition is "late"), does not answer the phone or return calls when asked about rent, went without power for an entire day and still refuses to li... read more
