If i could leave 0 stars, i would!! This place is horrible! My wife and I lived there for over a year and 90% of the time, we had alot of issues!! First off, the washer and dryer in the unit didnt even work! After multiple attempts to fix it from maintenance, all they did was told us to use it on a different setting! Could not even fixed the washer or dryer! Fine. We decided to love with it. Then, the stupid upstairs neighbors apparently had a Turtle tank, which leaked downstairs and messed up almost 500$ of computer equipme... read more
I should have listened to the reviews. This place was convenient for work but I have yet to talk to anyone from the office that is slightly friendly. If it wasn't because I signed a lease I would have left. I have had to make multiple tickets for Maintenance for the same issue and still has not been fixed. The office staff is petty and will retaliate toward residents if they say anything bad. If they gave me my deposit and 1st rent I paid I will gladly get the heck out. Please read the reviews closely before coming here. The outside is pretty but the inside is horrible! And don't bother putting in tickets, they close them out even if its not fixed. Oh and if they ask to reach out to management... don't! They don't care. So if you want to be heard and have a sense of "community" and a value for the price.... go somewhere else.

I have noticed a substantial increase in utility costs since the change in management. My current 2BR unit incurs a monthly utility bill of $200, a significant departure from the previous average of $105. It appears that recent, potentially unnecessary renovations may be contributing to these elevated costs. The $200 utility bill is separate from the costs of gas, electricity, and internet.
