I've lived here for 2+ years. Rent is as reasonable as can be during these times dealing with inflation. Maintenance slacks a little but for the most part they do their job in a timely manner, and do it well. The office staff is extremely nice jillian, alaine (I can never remember her name), and the dark haired lady who just transferred here . All three ladies are lovely. I want to say that Mr. Dairon from maintenance is an excellent worker; we are always satisfied with his work, very kind and effective. They are the kind of workers we like to recognize, not to mention Mrs. Alina, who is always smiling. One of the reasons we renewed this year was because of their services and kindness, always highlighting these two individuals.
We lived at Sole (formerly Berkshires) for 2 years and the whole time was a thoroughly positive experience. While there were some issues when we moved in due to the state the last residents left it in, maintenance was quick to resolve the issues. In general, the grounds were well-kept, maintenance was responsive, and the staff was very kind and helpful. In particular, Alina was both extremely friendly and helpful.
