I had the best experience I have ever had with rental team when I stopped by Sole at Citrus Park to look at the apartments they had for rent. I walked in one Wednesday (without an appointment ), and received such a warm & effusive greeting from Jeannine Clutter, the Property Manager at Sole. I have called this property 3 times to inquire about an apartment. I have been calling since 4:30 pm. No one answers the phone. I don’t know how this has reviews about the office staff being great. Poor customer service.
