did not like. lived there for 5yrs. fines for leaving toys in front yard (considered 'unsightly debris'), grandmother staying over had car towed (guest parking is only for 48hrs, then towed if car is unmoved), berkshire has own trickortreat day so residents dont have to deal with 'outsiders'. read their free Rules and Regulations Handbook listed on site before committing. also, new rules added frequently not yet listed in rulebook.
