My experience is they charge high rates and select the most expensive procedural care options and/or drugs when administering animal care. In addition, their estimates for cost of care do not match the final costs when bills are presented. This establishment places the highest priority on generating revenue while providing animal care in a county setting for your pet. It is a veterinary practice that I do not recommend.
To Bob413-- Yes, Berkshire Vets can be pricey, no doubt. I have been bringing my dogs to them since 1998, and believe me, you get what you pay for. I have never experienced anything but kindness, concern, and tender care for my pets. They have gotten me through cancers, and other emergencies. They call me with concerned well being checks, and being open 24/7, if I have a dog spending the night there I can call at 3 AM if I want to, and see how my fur baby is doing.
