Ester was fantastic in helping us plan the biggest vacation we've ever taken. We are "travel rookies" and our trip had lots of moving parts - a cruise with excursions and a stay on land. She patiently asked us what we preferred, took that all into account, made suggestions and gave us many options. She expertly handled so many details for us. Sharon was incredible. I came in with no idea what I wanted. She helped me plan a trip including transportation, airfare and excursion information quickly and efficiently. She was never once one to complain due to my lack of travel or that I was an open book. The whole booking took only a few hours m but mostly due to my specifics (time and budget). I can't wait to be back in her office booking my next trip!!!
