I have lived in the building since 2003 and consider myself so grateful to have been able to live here. I feel safe. The office is staffed from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We have a maintenance man who works hard to keep people secure and happy in their homes. We have cameras out front, back, and in the elevators. They really help keep trouble makers out. The new management has spent a lot of money making changes to the property that lets me think we tenants are important. I do wish, though, we had a common space to gather, eat ... read more

Management is unable to keep up fixing thing necessary damage was done from the last hurricane in 2012 that still remain unfixed with no attentions on repairing!
