nice place I have lived at Berkshire Terrace for a few years now and can't say enough about the staff at the property. Maintenance is only a phone call away and all though the office is not open every day Management will respond more so with the new software they are now using which makes putting in request or emailing to management really easy. Single mom I am a single mother of one. I've been leaving in my current apartment since 2005. I moved away from the city so my child will grow up in a great and safe neighborhood and also attend a great school. I will recommend it to my friends especially friends with kids.
