A good place to stay A great place to stay during my phd study at UCSB from 1996 to 2000. I wonder if anyone could locate the landlady Ms. June Califax for me. I highly appreciate her help during my stay at Bershire Terrace.
Good Housing Great in service from the landlord and maintenance help. Whenever something breaks down they have someone at your door within minutes. The landlord is a great man and easy to get along with. Would recommend living there. the office is open everyday and there is a rec room that has a nice big tv and a small swimming pool that is not used too much so it is always open if you want to use it, it is quiet and a very good place to meet people and to take care of the homework

It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and they have their own parking area. There is a small pool in the center of the building.
