She is very proficient with her duties of managing your building here at 1443 Street in Stevens Point. She is accommodating, helpful, and keeps us abreast with current and upcoming events. This is a very nice place to live, and the manager -- Jen Abel -- is very caring, involved, and aware. The building itself is quite new; it has numerous amenities (including outdoor/indoor parking, washer/dryer in each units, dishwasher, garbage chutes, very low utility bills, strong water pressure, exercise room (with tv & modern equipment/machines). Amazing place. My mom live here. She is 90 and independent. It’s always clean and well maintained. Jen the manager is fabulous and always addresses anything we need. I highly recommend!
