I've been to multiple different stylists in the past year trying to get my hair back to blonde after having gone darker last winter. None of them were able to even get close to the color I wanted. I was referred to Berkshire Salon & Spa and made an appointment with Mary Ann. Not only was she kind and sympathetic, but in one visit, she got my hair back to the color I wanted. I had an amazing spa experience at Berkshire! Lacey did an excellent massage, and in addition, all the details are not overlooked. I particularly enjoyed the hot towels on my feet to warm them up. Excellent from start to finish!
I absolutely LOVE this salon!!! My new haircut is amazing and each person I came in contact with went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have already booked another hair appt. and will be booking other services as well.
